Boulevard represents itself as leisure, learning and sports complex. The complex opened in June 2019 within the frameworks of charity programs of AFFA (Adibekyan Family Foundation for Advancement) and Masis Development Fund. Sports complex and the park are located in the territory of Boulevard, furthermore, there are several playgrounds for children and teenagers, along with an outdoor gym designed for training in the fresh air. In Boulevard, the sections are separated with barriers that ensure the safety of children during games and training.
The Center founded in 2016 by Masis Development Fund. It operates in three key areas: education, social projects, and volunteering. Presently, the organization unites more than 120 children and teenagers aged up to 18 years.
The first community-centered sports and leisure complex in Masis to provide a fun get-together with friends and family. The sports complex includes professional football, basketball and volleyball courts, an open-air playground, as well as an outdoor gym for training in the fresh air.
French café "Brasserie" is a comfortable environment for Armenian and French cultural communications. Members and volunteers of the Youth Center train and develop their professional skills here by communicating with each other and exchanging their experiences. Thematic meetings and social events, as well as music concerts, celebrations of both Armenian and French national holidays, and french language courses for children, are being held in the café.
